6 m wide X 3 m high 3.9 mm outdoor LED screen facing the pre-boarding car park at the Stena Stranraer-Belfast ferry terminal. The LEDs had to be specially ruggedised to operate long term just 50 m from the sea, often subjected to salt spray during storms.
Custom made galvanised steel frame at 8 m high to lift the screen high enough to be seen further back in the hundreds of cars and trucks waiting for each sailing.
Due to the probability of inclement weather on site, the completed screen was shipped to site on a low loader and then craned into position to speed up the installation.
