Lebara, London

Leading mobile phone company Lebara decided to use LED screens to add impact to its branding of a convenience kiosk for London’s newest square in front of King’s Cross station.

Restricted by planners to six sheet 71” diagonal screen size for the digital element of the project, LED Screens Direct supplied ground breaking hi res outdoor product by completing the installation of two of the UKs first 3 mm outdoor LED digital posters. Mounted on each end of the kiosk in full and part sun, the screens face both ways along the Euston Road, one of London’s busiest streets. With a pedestrian footfall of over 1m people per week, the screens deliver high impact remotely updated advertising material at far higher contrast than any LCD system could achieve. The high resolution of the screens allow standard portrait content to be used without re-purposing.
